The Training sector has taken a front seat in today's India especially when its comes to empowering freshers with employability skills.Best of colleges and Institutes nowadays hire outsourced trainers, to prepare their students for Interviews and life skills, why?
1.Is education not enough without training?
2. Is Education not result /goal oriented today?
3. What is the reason that today various training companies have mushroomed to provide skills to students to get them their right job?

I am not sure if my comment would be an answer to your question,but i feel training and education are two seperate domains and both are vital for the development of students.Having said that, I feel the colleges are going that extra mile nowadays because they want to prepare their students to get multi national level jobs.Trainers are outsourced because usually these trainers bring with themselves not only expertise of imparting training but also real time industry experience, so its an asset to the students .Without education students will not be able aspire their goals. So i feel both are equally important.
